Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood with lots of bars/restaurants nearby and also within walking distance to the city center. Very helpful staff. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and my room was very comfortable.

I am back in Europe and it's time to review this wonderful hotel. Warm welcome started already ahead of my trip when I got an e-mail from Manuela who asked about my arrival time and advised that I could check in already at 10 am. Once I arrived I was welcomed by Manuela and the owners: Alfredo and his wife Patricia. They are such warm and friendly people that made me feel like a part of their family. The room was spacious, well equipped, with attention to details: bottle of water, slippers, cosmetics. The building itself is a very nice architecture. Breakfast was amazing, warm bread, fruits, cheese, fantastic Casa Conde eggs made by Alfredo. Top class! Everbody was so welcoming, including the dog Romeo :-) It was difficult to leave this wonderful place where I felt safe and happy. I travelled solo, did many wine tours and each time I had a pick up for the tour, somebody escorted me to the car to make sure that I reached right place. Thank you very much to all of you (Patricia, Alfredo,Manuela and Flavia), I keep my great memories of you inside my heart. Hasta la vista!

Conveniently set in Santiago, Hotel HW High Wellness provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Great value for money. Location is central but not the safest. Just be careful. We were there before our flight and it was great. You can buy bags before traveling, since you’re in a super commercial area with cheap prices. Staff is competent and breakfast and comfort were great for that price.
