Our garden view room was lovely and quiet, with bright windows a comfortable king bed and high ceilings. The breakfasts were superb with many choices. We enjoyed the back garden every afternoon. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was going well for us. They also have access to a guide who will do walking tours, driving tours, anything you want.

This is a smartly understated hotel with exceptional staff, fantastic a la carte buffet breakfast and a great location. The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable, spacious and clean. I spent my birthday there and the staff provided little bday touches such as in room petit four and breakfast cake with candle, not over the top but a lovely touch. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with, however particular stand outs were David the doorman who accompanied me to the nearest shop to buy an adapter, Gary who was so helpful when we needed to organise an early start airport car and breakfast, and Martin the concierge who was helpful even before we arrived with details of our booking and provided us with invaluable support during our stay. Highly recommended, fantastic experience here.

Hotel HW High Wellness features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Santiago. The hotel is incredible, they're still renovating some areas (the new bar) and will be even better in the future. The room was better than the pics, beds and pillows were perfect. Great bathroom as well. Super close to the metro, 5 minutes walkable max. Perfect location.
