I rarely give 10 out of 10, but this stay in Santiago really exceeded my expectations. The hotel owners, Ramón and Oriana, are really doing everything they can to make their guest's stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, way beyond what they are obliged to do as an hotel accommodation providers. They helped me a lot to orientate myself in Santiago, woke up earlier when I needed to leave very early to make me a breakfast, offered additional helpful services free of charge (washing my clothes) and in general being really kind and attentive. If they continue with this attitude, I have no doubt their hotel business will be very successful. I hope I'll be back in Santiago soon and I already know where I'm staying the next time I visit :-)

The small staff is always so helpful and story nice (as are the owners), rooms are super quiet and super clean. The location is very close to the airport bus and other public transport. Overall the vibe there was also great. Not like a hotel more like a very big house. Never felt crowded at any point. I came back five times for all my stops in Santiago.

Hotel Magnolia Santiago is a world-class hotel located just steps away from the trendy Lastarria neighborhood in downtown Santiago. Beautifully designed new hotel, spacious and extremely well equipped rooms. staff absolutely marvellous and friendly. An oasis of calm and beauty in this fairly chaotic city. The roof terrace restaurant and bar are just extraordinary as is the food. For the quality of food and service you get, it is not worth dining out as the price level is absolutely competitive compared to why you get outside the hotel.

The minute I checked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, and warm. He showed me the room and made sure I'm comfortable with the room switches, bathroom water temperature control etc. The breakfast was great. I had a tour the following morning and early pickup but they made the time to serve breakfast before pickup time. who would do that. They even had my laundry done which I'm pretty sure they just made it happen. there was a young lady on my final breakfast who again made sure my breakfast was a nice experience. thanks young lady! I shall be back! :)

Luxury at a very affordable price. Safe, well guarded, large parking space; well attended reception. Not a singe flaw. Outstanding value for money.
