The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was amazing. The cabin was cozy and comfortable, and the view was simply breathtaking. We loved every moment of our time here and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful hotel, greenery and plants everywhere! Such a delicious breakfast!! Everyone at reception was super helpful, they organized a shuttle to meet us at the airport and were so flexible once we had delays with our flights. Great location, 20 min drive from San Jose airport.

Offering outdoor pool and a hot tub, Hotel Roca Negra Del Arenal is located in the suburbs of Fortuna. Free Wi-Fi access is available. It is a very beautiful hotel at Arenal vulcano with an amazing garden (we saw a lot of hummingbirds) and with a super view of the volcano. The pool is very clean and enjoyable, and there is a caffee and tea corner too. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet and calm. There is a lot of good restaurants near the accomodation.

Featuring an extensive garden, a sun terrace with swimming pool, spa treatments and free Wi-Fi throughout, this hotel is 10 minutes’ drive from the Arenal Volcano National Park and from La Fortuna... Stunning property, friendly staff, big clean rooms, enormous breakfast selection, loads of pool/hot tub choices with different temperatures and privacy. Watch the clouds clear over Arenal volcano as you enjoy your breakfast. We saw more animals here than in Arenal National Park (alligator, camen, iguana, goannas, squirrels, male and female curassow and even a monkey). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Located in La Fortuna town, San Bosco Inn offers an outdoor pool and lush gardens, free Wi-Fi in public areas and rooms with garden views. The Arenal Volcano is 3.1 mi away. Very friendly staff and let us have an early checkin! The hot spring in Volcano Lodge is a bonus, by pools with different temperatures! Breakfast is nice with fresh fruits!

Located in Fortuna, 3.6 miles from La Fortuna Waterfall, Arenal Monara has accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. We had an amazing stay at Arenal Monara: great hospitality, excellent new rooms facing the volcano, and a relaxing pool & restaurant area in the green to spot birds and animals (including a free night-garden-tour by the host to spot many frogs & other species)

Lomas del Volcan is 8.5 miles from Arenal Volcano National Park and has lush gardens, an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Each air-conditioned cabin has free Wi-Fi and flat-screen cable TV. Forget reading reviews at other hotels and weighing your options--do yourself a favour and just stay here. It is amazing, clean, your bungalows are comfortable. Each has a great back porch with sitting area directly facing the volcano. Food was excellent--the buffet breakfast was exceptional, and dinner and room service options were delicious, quality and value for money
