We had a wonderful time and stayed longer although it was raining because all the staff, especially Ines were exceptionally friendly and helpful. And the food was always delicious.

What a view, what a sound, really living nature. The most beautiful place we were in Costa Rica. The breakfast was excellent, a very tasty omelet that is prepared on the spot according to choice. We had a problem with the hot water but the service team solved it for us immediately and there was boiling water! Highly recommend the place.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande gentillesse de nos hôtes, en effet, suite au débordement d'une rivière, nous n'avons pas pu nous rendre à l'hébergement pour la première nuit et notre hôtesse à géré l'annulation de la réservation avec booking de façon à ce qu'il ne nous reste rien à charge. L'accueil de l'hôtesse avec la découverte de tous les magnifiques oiseaux du jardin et la balade de nuit avec notre hôte à la découverte des grenouilles étaient vraiment géniales. Le logement était impeccable et très agréable. La situation parfaite. Nous avons vraiment regretter d'y être rester si peu de temps.

The owner of Indalo was amazing! Very welcoming, polite, and kind. Fresh coffee was available every morning and drinking water throughout the day. He helped me with everything I needed during my stay and was very supportive during my checkout when I almost missed my flight. The hotel is within walking distance from everything in Puerto Viejo and offers free safe parking space. My room was safe and quiet, the air conditioner was working perfectly, and cleaned every day. I would definitely choose it in case of returning to Puerto Viejo!

Offering outdoor pool and a hot tub, Hotel Roca Negra Del Arenal is located in the suburbs of Fortuna. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Gorgeous grounds with lots of little touches to make the place a wonderful hangout. We loved the reading and games books by the pool, the hot tub, and the plentiful garden work that brought in so much wildlife.
