I had high expectations and after staying in many generic 5-star hotels I must say if fulfilled all of them. You can feel the character and history, this place is magical wherever you look. The staff was absolutely professional and courteous, even upgraded me to a bigger room since I was arriving so late. The breakfast was also fantastic, the choice and quality of the food is just best of the best. If you’re in need of a memorable place to stay in Mumbai- this is absolutely a must.

Lovely old prints and fresh flowers , rugs, etc help soften the cavernous size of the property. Housekeeping staff were especially courteous and genuinely caring.
