Great staff who were always willing to assist and help. Allowed us to have a quick shower before our flight even though we had already check-out. Made a whole difference. The concierge was very helpful in organising day trips for us. What we enjoyed the most was the Avartana restaurant, fine dining and great service, as well as the pool.

We arrived in Mumbai in the middle of the night and from the moment we were met by the Oberoi driver we were made to feel at home. A member of staff greeted us straight from the car and handled check in inside our room so we could be comfortable. The room had been decorated for my husband’s birthday which was a nice touch. The service during our entire stay was impeccable. From the staff servicing our rooms, the waitstaff in the champagne bar and Eau bar, the baggage/driver staff, the concierge, and the pool staff, everyone was superb and couldn’t have made more of an effort to make our stay more comfortable. We have since travelled to a different city in India which doesn’t have an Oberoi and the difference in service is stark. The Oberoi is best in class.

Beautiful colonial architecture. Lively street markets selling clothes, books, and jewelry. Lots of street food and great restaurants. Walkable to an extent, and felt very safe as a solo female traveler, but you will likely need to uber between different neighborhoods, however, it is affordable to do so.

Mumbai is an exciting, lively city that truly has something for everyone. The streets are always buzzing, and there’s an endless variety of food – from street food stalls to incredible restaurants. The sunsets here are stunning, and it's the perfect way to end a busy day of exploring.
There are lots of open spaces to walk around and some amazing historical buildings to check out. The city is full of energy, and you’ll never run out of things to do – there’s always something new to discover.
Walking around can be tricky at times with busy roads and obstructed pavements, but taxis and tuk-tuks are so easy to find and make traveling around super convenient.
All in all, Mumbai is a fantastic city that has a great mix of everything. It’s busy, full of character, and so much fun to explore!

Coming from Europe , Mumbai is an out of this world experience. Mumbaikars are the friendliest most accomadating and polite people you could hope to meet. The food is beyond delicious and embarassingly afforadable , so be generous when tipping. I had memorable meals for less than the cost of a Latte at home.Walk, walk and walk some more. If you get get tired , jump a black and yellow cab or an auto. My biggest tip is Tip Big. Enjoy

Overall, a stay to remember. The impeccable service, the hight quality of food (it was extremely important to us to eat) in Mumbai Elvis Inn is luxurious, well-located hotel offering stylish rooms and top-notch service. With excellent dining options and close proximity to the airport, it's ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The staff are attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. very much hh well worth it's experience. They serves the best service.
Location is close to Mumbai Central Station which is why we chose it. The breakfast is a simple, buffet style breakfast.
The staff, particularly the Receptionist, were very helpful and always smiling. The Receptionist arranged a very cheap taxi for us to the airport.
Staff were most accommodating. Facilities were 5 star, not sure why they are rated 4 star. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Rooms were spacious and clean. Shower was great. Loved everything about this hotel and its close proximity to the airport.
