The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Very tasteful and opulent. Sadly the windows were sealed shut so no fresh air. Relying on air conditioning is not ideal.
The staff were very helpful, special mention to the marvellous Kumar and Chandra who ‘managed’ the pool area - no mean feat around the New Year holiday. Also Prikyana in the Indian restaurant and at breakfast, and Sudeshna at the Spectra - bar area. These all worked very hard to accommodate their guests wishes. (Apologies to them if I have spelled their names incorrectly.)

Excellent place with good food and people. Lot to see and enjoy. Cuisine is the one you have to experience. Good beach, the sentinental Library, Gundy snake park, Mahabalipuram, etc...etc.. if you are a foodie, you can find a lot of BIRIYANI's in Chennai.
Also for textiles, excellent choices in good price. Avoid Mall's and enjoy street shops which gives good value for money.

Chennai has one of the longest and wide beaches in the world.Rich cultural scene with plenty of South Indian classical music and dance.Most of these concerts and dance performances are free and take place in December of every year. The chennai food scene is incredible . Restaurants food is very affordable. A decent vegetarian lunch meal will cost about US$ 5. From street food to 5star hotel meal everything is delicious. It is a shopping paradise also with ultra modern malls to great craft stores. This state of Tamil Nadu has its distinctive 2000 years old craftsmanship. Visit Kuralagam for handcrafts and Music Academy for music and dance.The Tamils are very friendly to tourists. The city is very safe. But the traffic is very dense and chaotic.At the same time olah taxi rides are very affordable.

I had a wonderful experience celebrating the New Year at the hotel. The event was fantastic, and the dinner was absolutely excellent. The staff were attentive and provided exceptional care, making the evening even more enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained, and the hotel's location was easy to find and convenient. Overall, it was a memorable celebration, and I highly recommend this place for its great service, delicious food, and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel is not far from International airport. Very nice environment & every staffs are friendly plus helpful. The room is huge & very clean. Housekeeping staff very honest, kind & polite the best hotel I have stays in Chennai. You will never regret. The Japanese restaurant at the basement is very good. I ate almost every meals. The most impressive is the room comes with complimentary Potatoes chips, Seven -Up drink & Good quality biscuit which I have never seen often in many 5 stars hotel I have stayed. IMPRESSIVE! Beautiful City.
Beautiful City. The best part of the city was its cleanliness over other Indian cities. People were decent. Even the mall I visited had decent crowd and was a happening place.
Food is always good in Chennai. We ate at Murugan Idly and it was mouth watering and authentic food.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Excellent water supply and immaculate cleanliness. Safe environment. The central metro is a short stroll away. Very friendly and accommodating staff. A local restaurant and tea stand nearby is a plus. One of Chennai's greatest hotels.
5th time I take this hotel in Chennai for either 1 or 2 weeks. It's beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Especially the beds are wonderful. The recent possibility to stream Netflix directly on the TV is a nice addition.
I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Chennai. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.
