The hotel is a palace indeed. From the arrival you get a grand experience with very helpful staff and beautiful luxurious entrance hall. The rooms are beautiful and very well equipped, the bed is comfortable and the best part was probably the bathroom which really made us feel like we're in a palace. Would love to go back and stay again.

Everytime we visit the family, we make a stopover at Trident before moving further. They accommodated my request of removing carpets from the room and arranged an air purifier as my daughter has severe dust allergies. From service, to staff, to food, to embience, Everything was spot on! Thank you to the entire team.

Built in 1903, Maidens Hotel showcases 19th century colonial charm and architecture. It has an outdoor pool, fitness centre and features a coffee shop which extends into a charming, open courtyard. We stayed at the maidens for 1 night during our trip to Delhi and were sad that we couldn’t stay longer. While some of the facilities may be slightly dated, the charm and staff of this property absolutely make up for it. The pool has also been renovated and is beautiful. The gardens are serene and there is even a resident peacock gracing the lawns! We really felt that the maidens hotel was a home away from home for us and hope to be back soon.

The Room was spacious and really had a modern look. We felt that much had improved since we stayed here 2 yes ago. The staff were super helpful and very pleasant to interact with. I wasn’t well for a day and the duty manager and the Reception staff came over to inquire, provided me in room bfast and brought me meds as my doctor prescribed. We will certainly stay here again.

Extremely beautiful place, breathtaking location!! It's definitely one of the best hotels that I have stayed at during my numerous trips to India. Room was spacious, being there felt like living in maharaja's palace, in fact - my suite used to be king's apartment in the past. Delicious food, extreme cleanliness and, above all- super professional, friendly and helpful staff. I don't have enough words to praise this hotel, those who enjoy history of India, awesome architecture and unforgettable views plus romantic sunsets- should at least once in a lifetime visit this charming place. We were looking for a hotel to stay for our last night before we went back home. It was impossible to find something close to the airport, but luckily we found this great hotel. It is very close to the railway station, clean and has a polite staff. I would stay here longer than one night!
