Please take my review seriously, the reviews written for the property are fake. I checked in at 11:55 pm and the hotel person at reception told me that i have no booking. when i asked him to recheck he told yes but already checked In. Later some person came and told me to show booking by OYO and not bookings.com. After few arguments and their insisting to downloads OYO app they said OK. Then they said i have to pay. I told i have already paid. With great difficulty they agreed after i showed them payment proof. Later they gave me useless rooms, changed them thrice at midnight as AC was not working or unclean rooms.
Some how i managed the night , and in the morning they said i have to pay extra for Breakfast.
Later at check out, the reception person told me to write very very good feedback on his app.
Look this is called cheating. i refused.
Very poor experience. Bookings.com should immediately stop advertising this hotel on its website.
Deficiency in service, no customer satisfaction,

It’s a neat well planned place.
It’s a neat well planned place. Since NOIDA is a residential area and many residences are being illegally run as guest houses and hotels the board of the hotel name is not used which they use in websites or apps. Hotel Treo Residency is on the website of Make my Trip but the name of the hotel is nowhere. You can reach the place only by address. So be careful in searching a hotel especially in NOIDA.

This hotel is operated illegally and not traceable by its name. They over charge if you don’t watch. Dirty linen in room. They claim to be couple friendly which seems opposite if u see the appearance. Very sub- standard place to stay. They also charge too much on booking.com. You can get room much cheaper directly

i stayed in noida sector 63 which really didn’t have much to offer. Greater Noida might be better but as a girl, I felt relatively unsafe at nights here. Unless you’re not looking for a staycation, don’t go to Noida.

It was a pathetic stay with no services at all. No water, no toiletries and no staff after handing over the keys. Booked 3 rooms for family attending a function at Noida. But seems a horrible stay with nothing available including location at Booking.Com
Didn't like anything and not recomendable to any one. It's a hourly stay hotel with your girlfriend only.
So, I was in Noida for one of my business conference. I was staying in this hotel and no doubt the service and food provided by Red Roof Residency was amazing. The location was good, easy to find public transportation from the hotel. The staffs were so cordial. Definitely my next go-to hotel when I am in Noida .
Best part about the hotel is that it's in the heart of noida. Rooms were clean and spacious. I stayed here 2 times. The owner made sure that we had no issue during our stay
