Firstly, I was charged extra by the hotel in the name of security deposit which was no where mentioned online. So I had booked a room for 3k+ but I had to pay 5k+. I had never seen such house rules in the best of hotels. Front Desk staff Adnaan was rude and very slow. He took a lot of time for doing the simplest task like printing a bill. Definitely not fit to be at the front desk. It took me more than half an hour for checkin and around half haur in checkout even when i called in to inform my checkout at prior notice. Total waste of time by the staff. I had a request for a possible early checkin which was responded to via mail after I had checked out lol. Upon arriving at the room, I saw there was a double bed. I was soo sick and tired that i just let it be.

Nice location and good facility. Great staff especially the reception. I had an exam and I needed my admit card color printed and she offered to print it out and brought it to me. So helpful beyond words her name was Akansha. Such great staff couldn’t have asked for better service.

Ghaziabad is not a very clean place .
Ghaziabad is not a very clean place . Even to NCR people it comes on the low end of the spectrum. Law and order needs improvement. For Women travellers it is not too safe to venture alone after sunset.
However Radisson Blu has Haldiram's outlet close to it . Walking distance of 50 m which is convenient.

This property seems like a scam , the owner called and asked for 500rs advance to confirm the booking and denied check in on the day of travel and hasn't refunded the money also. Not even sure if this property exist or not...Beware of the scammer

When we came to hotel- there was no one to help us with the...
When we came to hotel- there was no one to help us with the bags, even though they saw us struggling ( husband after leg operation and I was limping). When asked one of the staff members for change- she refused at least 3 times, claiming that reception doesn’t have, because of which we had to overpay the taxi. After that receptionist said they had change. That was very upsetting. Other strange thing that we never ever found in other hotels- if wanted to use pool, we had to go trough restaurant!! 😳😳 last day we wanted to use pool, but it was closed for some function, about which no one has warned us while checking in.
Wifi was also not working well. While first morning at breakfast service was nice, second day was impossible to get any help. Waited for dosa and coffee at least 30min, just went and got it myself, even though was offered again that my plate will be brought( didn’t believe that second time). Would really consider if I would like to stay here again or recommend this property to my friends. Was expecting to have really nice stay, but was very disappointed. Way too low for a 5 star hotel. Would not give more that 3 stars for this property and service.

The worst hotel in Ghaziabad, Ratson. Bad dealings with the staff. Exploitation of the price. I book through Booking. They take advantage of the price and slow treatment. The service is zero. From my many dealings with hotels, I have not seen the same treatment of this hotel unfortunately 😡😡
