Luck You Kyoto offers accommodation in Kyoto. Free luggage storage is available. The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. It felt like home. It was true, quaint and traditionally Japanese ryokan experience. Upon check in we were greeted with tea and sweets, as well as a full overview provided by our hosts. It was very informative and made us feel right at home! The location was also great - right next to many frequented bus stops

Located in the sacred Koyasan area, Saizenin offers simple accommodation surrounded by mountains and many temples. The lodge looked amazing and the staff was very friendly.

Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. The location is best in town to hit all public bath houses. The traditional old inn is kept immaculately with tasteful details. The in-house hot springs, the tea ceremony, the good dining room, the kimono fitting and helpful staff contribute to a wonderful stay.

Traditional Japanese Breakfast was great, a lot of vegetables. Location easy to get to by train and shuttle bus was easy to find.

Vegan Minshuku Sanbiki Neko er staðsett í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Sanjusangen-do-hofinu og 2 km frá TKP Garden City Kyoto. Boðið er upp á herbergi með loftkælingu og sérbaðherbergi í Kyoto. The breakfast was incredible, and the rooms have a modern Japanese style that feels cosy, futons were really comfy and we really appreciated having a small balcony in the room too. Staying here was like a little home away from home, and we loved meeting all the cats 🐈 They also have great restaurant recommendations if you’re looking for vegan/veggy options in the city. Craig and Helene are just the nicest people, we would 100% stay here again!

Koyasan Shukubo Daimyouin er staðsett í Koyasan, í innan við 39 km fjarlægð frá Tama-safninu og í 39 km fjarlægð frá Kishi-stöðinni og býður upp á gistirými með garði og ókeypis WiFi. When we arrived, they welcomed us with tea and a small sweet, which was lovely. Our room was large and looked out to the garden, which was gorgeous. We went in November and the autumnal colours in the garden and the town were absolutely beautiful. In the morning we had the privilege to attend the prayer and we received a blessing. After breakfast it started to snow, so we spent an hour watching the garden slowly turn white, it was magical. The communal toilets were clean and the communal bath was small but comfortable. Because the town is up in the mountains, and the building is all wood and paper walls it was very cold in the corridors, but we had heating in the room and nice thick covers for the night. A highlight of the stay were the dinner and the breakfast. All vegan food, very tasty even for us, who are not vegan or vegetarian. It is very conveniently located to visit Okunoin cemetery, we took part in a night tour, something that we highly recommend. All in all it was a magical stay and I would highly recommend it.

Such a great experience. Would come back to stay more days for sure. The monks are very kind and helpful. Love it

Situated in Koyasan in the Wakayama region, 宿坊 光明院 features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. Great experience, very interesting and cultural. Loved the food and the rooms. The monks are very nice and you can attend several rituals in the temple which is amazing.
