We stayed at Teresa Bay Hotel on a long drive to the Italian coast from the UK. We arrived tired and weary and left refreshed. The view from our superior room over the lake was stunning. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was huge and hot water was plentiful. We used the hotel parking for a small fee. The restaurant also overlooked the lake, so we had a couple of wonderful meals served by really friendly staff. The hotel is a really good base for exploring the area. I highly recommend it.
Splendid views, very authentic interior, lovely poolside and perfect location. Couldn’t wish for more. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Highly recommended to everyone looking for a special place to stay. A hotel with a soul.

What a truly special place. They have thought of every detail! Beds very comfortable and rooms really clean, and the spot is magical. Love all the common areas outside the rooms and so nice how they have laid out books and games and all. Breakfast was delicious - esp the homemade jams and homemade granola. Location is brilliant for hiking. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often.
This was one of the best stays we had recently. To start, we had a great reception by Giuseppe. He made sure to show us around the property and tell us everything about it. Everyone from the staff was very polite and made our experience even better. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but we got an upgrade to a better room if we would wait a bit longer, which wasn’t a problem for us. The place had the most beautiful view of Colina D’Oro. They have a good underground parking space, that was much needed due to the heat.
One of the best hotels in Lugano. Situated right on the shore of the lake with amazing views from the rooms and also the restaurant and pool. Breakfast is perfect and nothing is missing.
