A great hotel with a classy feel. Location was great to enjoy the view of Lugano and right next to the Funicular and buses. Pool was very nice with good hours, indoor and heated. Staff were very porfesisonal, friendly and helpful.

Excellent room with more than generous dimensions. Our room had a small enclosed portion of garden which our dog really enjoyed. Elegant and spacious bathroom with bath and shower. Breakfast in the standard. We chose a half board rate which turned out to be more than positive with an excellent dinner with a high value for money.
This family-owned hotel is centrally located just a short walk from Lugano town centre and its breathtaking lakeshore, and the famous Piazza Riforma with its many sidewalk cafés.

Included with breakfast and we are delighted that the staff able to provide soya sauce when ask. Very good service from front desk and thanks Victor for helping to park and return our car from/to the hotel entrance without us going to the carpark. Free public transport given in the area of Lugano as well! Keep it up!

Located on the mountains with a superb view, the traveller has to prepare itself to face a lot of curves and have a reliable car. There is also a bus to bring you there, but is all worth. The spectacular view and the feeling of freedom, the beautiful lake and the sunshine in the morning all give a big bonus to your trip.

Perfect location, wonderful Rovio feeling in old building with Generoso view. All you need is there, very clean and if there is something else you need Katya and Emilio will sort it (adaptor plug in our case!) You get also a lot of info about the village - highly recommended.
The location is excellent, with really nice views over the lake. Parking immediately outside the property worked well. The property itself was quite well-maintained, and the arrangement for the upstairs beds, which raised against the wall, made extra room. Responsive owner.
Nice place, nice location, nice view! Kitchen is well equipped; the terrace is great, so you can really relax.
Parking was easy and check in and check out was easy as well. Our host was very nice and welcoming. You get what you pay for.
Excellent view, I worked there for the first days, very relaxing and productive. 20 chf for my dog for the whole stay was reasonable, som hotels charge per day. In late september evenings still mild enough to stay outside late.
The host was extremely welcoming and friendly. the property was in a perfect location when looking for a great value for money location around lake Lugano.
