The apartment was fantastic, in residential area of the city, with an amazing view, close to restaurants and supermarket, the city centre can be reached by train in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine chocolate, fruit and cheese waiting for us. Erica, the host, is very friendly and caring about his guests and make you feel at home! Definitely If in future I will go back to Lugano, I will go back to Panorama suite !

Location is great in the central, 10 minutes walk from the train station. The view from the windows is amazing at the lakeside. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast place has a nice atmosphere and they offer several varieties for breakfast in good quality.

We spent a few days around new years eve in Parco Paradiso. It's a very comfortable place. Not cheap but great quality. Great drinks and food. We ended up drinking cocktails in the lobby as the nice looking bar is a cigar smoking place which we found the ine negative point.
Might go there once in summertime to enjoy the garden and the park next door.
Overall very happy with our stay.
The family-run Hotel Delfino has a privileged location close to the lake shore and next to the pedestrian area which leads into the heart of the city of Lugano.

Very comfortable room. Everything perfect and nice cozy room. Like that they are using plastic cups in room and not disposable paper ones. Breakfast excellen!
Amazing views and location. Access is a bit difficult, but this also gives you more privacy and less noice.
The worse was check out time… I like the places with check out time 12:00 so you don’t need to rush
