We highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again. Good local breakfast, nicely furnished rooms, very comfortable beds, parking, prts friendly, help in solving problems and recommendations for visiting the sureounding. They all speak excellent Italian, German and English. The family restaurant was the best culinary experience in the italian part of Switzerland for us so far. Thank you

After a long day of hiking we arrived in the cute village of Miglieglia and got immediately enchanted by the Casa San Stefano and it's very welcoming invite. Old, historical building. We were warmly welcomed by the owners and received an upgrade of the room we had booked. Authentic, well-decorated interior. After a very peaceful night, we enjoyed the amazing breakfast with fresh, healthy ingredients and plenty of choice. Would i recommend the place? Definitely!

The staff are kind and informative. The rooms are good. We got a connecting room with comfortable beds. There are 2 bathrooms which are convenient.

We got a really nice room upgrade which was very kind! The hotel is situated on the lake Lugano, and features great views! Rooms are super clean, staff is very polite, mattress is comfortable, WiFi is quite fast. Breakfast was also OK. There is also a large garage where we parked our car. Will be back!

From the moment I stepped into your hotel, I was greeted with warm and genuine smiles. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and they did so with such grace and hospitality. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work. What made your staff truly unique was their ability to make me feel like family. I have been living in Switzerland for quite some time now, and I have come to know the warm and welcoming nature of the Swiss people. However, your staff took it to another level. They made my stay feel like I was visiting family, and I cannot thank them enough for that. I must mention that I was going through a tough time during my stay. It was my birthday, and I was feeling sad and lonely after a recent breakup. However, your staff's kindness and warmth made me forget all my troubles. I loved the family atmosphere this hotel provides. The rooms were nicely decorated. The staff was remarkably helpful. I asked for help with a doctor appointment for my wife and they were very cooperative and called and made the appointment. I very much appreciate their support throughout my stay. special thanks to Julian for going out of his way to help out.
The staff were really armazing, so friendly! The location is fantastic with stunning views and really good hiking opportunities for different levels (nothing super flat though). a great pool and good treatments at the spa! Food was delicious too!
Excellent amenities and good location for dining and walking to the park. Kind staff and excellent breakfast. Very much appreciated this hotel still provides little goods-such as a comb, lotion, vanity, etc. as so many hotels are no longer doing so.
