Lovely hotel but a hot tub and a masseur would have made all the difference

The room was super comfortable and clean! The breakfast was ok! The two things I liked most was: the location (super near city center) and the staffs (who gave me a free ticket for public transportation and a discount for San Salvatore Lift that was the most amazing thing I did in Lugano). They also allowed me to do late checkout for free. I would hardly recommend it!

Convenient ,just cross the street you can find the hotel from the train station. Clean,the room is big and clean. Staff,friendly and helpful Really enjoyed my stay at Tresa Bay Hotel thank you !

Amazing old hotel with old furniture in public areas and modern in bedroom. Lots of historical photos of hotel on display. Honesty bar, which I haven't seen for many years. Very good breakfast.

Rooms are simple but very spacious! The hotel is extremely clean!! The swimming pool a must! All in all we had a great stay!

We got a really nice room upgrade which was very kind! The hotel is situated on the lake Lugano, and features great views! Rooms are super clean, staff is very polite, mattress is comfortable, WiFi is quite fast. Breakfast was also OK. There is also a large garage where we parked our car. Will be back!

The croissants (breakfast), the view from their restaurant, and the pool. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet.

From the moment I stepped into your hotel, I was greeted with warm and genuine smiles. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and they did so with such grace and hospitality. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work. What made your staff truly unique was their ability to make me feel like family. I have been living in Switzerland for quite some time now, and I have come to know the warm and welcoming nature of the Swiss people. However, your staff took it to another level. They made my stay feel like I was visiting family, and I cannot thank them enough for that. I must mention that I was going through a tough time during my stay. It was my birthday, and I was feeling sad and lonely after a recent breakup. However, your staff's kindness and warmth made me forget all my troubles. Even the friendly band that played every night was so welcoming, and it truly touched my heart. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and congratulations to the management for having such an exceptional team. I loved the family atmosphere this hotel provides. The rooms were nicely decorated. The staff was remarkably helpful. I asked for help with a doctor appointment for my wife and they were very cooperative and called and made the appointment. I very much appreciate their support throughout my stay. special thanks to Julian for going out of his way to help out.

The staff were really armazing, so friendly! The location is fantastic with stunning views and really good hiking opportunities for different levels (nothing super flat though). a great pool and good treatments at the spa! Food was delicious too!

Excellent amenities and good location for dining and walking to the park. Kind staff and excellent breakfast. Very much appreciated this hotel still provides little goods-such as a comb, lotion, vanity, etc. as so many hotels are no longer doing so.
