Located in Mantanani Island, GreenHouse Lodge provides accommodation with access to a garden. The property boasts reusable plastic materials, using energy-saving lighting and conserving rainwater. The best stay I’ve had in years! 🏝️This is truly a relaxing Island experience and an opportunity for you to unwind in a secluded location. Thank you Sook Peng and Fred for helping my stay feels like home! They have arranged the transfer quite seamlessly, I got picked up from the hotel early morning to the pier and then to the island. The view is truly amazing as the lodge is right in front of the sea. They have everything you need for this Island: kayaks, snorkel masks, beach mats and coconuts (and beer which is a rare commodity in the island)! Thank you Sook Peng for the wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s wonderful to enjoy a hearty home-cooked meal by the sea. I also get to taste some delicious farm-to-table vegetables they’ve grown from their aquaponics farm ♥️ I’ve enjoyed my time on the island, there’s a dive centre 5-min walk from the lodge and it’s convenient if you’d like to join a dive or two. My room is right in front of the sea with a little garden, sun lounge area and a private entrance to the beach. You’re surrounded by nature and animals, I’ve seen cats, cows, tree frogs, big green turtles and more. Just be prepared for mosquitos at night, you can spray the room before you leave for dinner, I’ve also bought a “Deep Woods” repellent and some repellent wristbands which comes in quite handy. There’s no aircon in the room but the island breeze does help, the room is well-ventilated and there’s a fan and cooling machine in the room. Truly an amazing getaway, I must come back again!

Set atop a 100 metre hill overlooking the Kinabatangan Forest Reserve, The Last Frontier Boutique Resort is located in Bilit, and is located a 2 hour drive from the beautiful Sandakan. Everything was exceptional, a very unique jungle resort that we will be visiting again for sure.

Every facilities are available, and the staff was quiet nice too. I enjoyed staying there, and would be willing to go next time.

Comfortable dining room with complete kitchen facilities. Comfortable and very clean room complete with iron, hair dryer,kettle. Stunning and wonderful view of Mount Kinabalu. Definitely will stay again. The owner/host very nice and helpful.

Nulu View Cabin ตั้งอยู่ใน Kundasang ของภูมิภาคซาบาห์ และให้บริการที่พักพร้อมที่จอดรถส่วนตัวฟรี ที่พักบางยูนิตมีลานระเบียงพร้อมวิวภูเขา ห้องครัวที่มีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน และห้องน้ำแบบส่วนตัวที่มีบิเดต์... ตอนจอง ดูรูป วิวสวยมาก ในห้องพักเป็นห้องธรรมดา มีเตียงนอน ง่ายๆ ผ้าห่ม ห้องที่พักไม่มีระเบียง แต่ มีหน้าต่างบานเลื่อนขนาดใหญ่ ชมวิว ภูเขาเต็มตาจากห้องพักได้ โรงแรมไม่มีอาหารเช้านะคะ และไม่มี ที่ซื้อ ต้อง ขับลงมาที่ หุบเขา Kundasang ที่ห่าง จาก โรงแรม ราวๆ 2 KM ตอนมาถึง คือ เย็นแล้ว ตั้งใจว่าเอา กระเป๋าเก็บ แล้วค่อย ออกไป หาอาหารเย็นทาน แต่ว่า ทางขึ้น ลง บ้านพักเป็น ถนนเล็กๆชันมากๆ ระยะ สัก 300-400 เมตร และฝนตก ถนนลื่น เลย ไม่อาจ ลงไป หาอาหารเย็น เราไม่มีข้อมูล ไม่ได้เตรียมอาหารมาเลย ขณะที่ นักท่องเที่ยวชาวมาเลเซีย เขา เตรียมวัตถุดิบมาพร้อม เพื่อปรุงอาหารง่ายๆ ทานกัน เพราะโรงแรม มี ครัว และอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อม ข้อนี้ ดีมากๆ แต่ทางโรงแรม มีบะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูปขายให้ เราจึง ซื้อ มาทาน เป็น มื้อ เย็น และเจ้าของโรงแรม ใจดีมาก มาถาม ว่าเรา จะเอาอะไรเพิ่มเติมไหม เธอกำลังจะขับรถไปที่หุบเขา ด้านล่าง เราจึง ขอ เธอ ซื้อไก่ย่างสำหรับสองคน เธอซื้อมาให้ และ ไม่คิดเงินเราอีก ต้องขอบคุณใน น้ำใจไมตรี ที่ดียิ่ง

Kinabatangan Wildlife Lodge มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในซันดากันของภูมิภาคซาบาห์ และมีบริการที่พักพร้อมอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สาย (WiFi) ฟรีและที่จอดรถส่วนตัวฟรี... Clean bungalow, good location, cute dogs and very very friendly staff! Also very low price. The food is simple, but good enough.

Surrounded by lush greenery, Tampat do Aman offers accommodation in Kg Tiga Papan, 30 km from Kudat. This property offers pick-up services at an extra charge (please see fine print). Howard was an exceptional host. From the minute we arrived, he made us feel settled and showed us around the area. He offered to bring us every morning to wherever we wanted to go along the tip of Borneo. The jungle camp itself is so special and there is a great vibe amongst the other travellers. We would have loved to stay longer but we needed to catch the bus to Sandakan (and they don’t go very often!)
