The amazing staff personalized my whole stay with what I like to eat and which animals I want to see today. I felt very special because of their highest level customer service. The place is located in the middle of the jungle, so you can get all the animals coming to your door. I got civets, bats and broadbill birds. The food is amazing and the whole experience is great. The place just reopened so all the bedding and towels are freshly new, the same with boat and life jackets. My bed was hard, but I really liked it this way. There is internet in the restaurant/ chilling area.

The breakfast offers buffet, à la carte or American options. At the lodge you will find a restaurant serving Steakhouse, local and Asian cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The place was really huge and suitable for big family gathering.The house and surrounding was clean.The mount Kinabalu view was amazing,it is a private area and u will enjoy the privacy.Definitely will come back.

Private rooms at Tropical Retreat Paganakan Dii come with a balcony, a fan and hammocks. They have an en suite toilet and shower. The dormitory has shared bathroom facilities. we were absolutely charmed by the place (beautiful jungle view), peaceful place. wonderful attitude of the owner. This is where we felt the best of our stay in Borneo. Who wants to know the atmosphere of Borneo - this is Borneo!
