Extremely helpful staff members - did our washing for us with a rapid turn around, moved our suitcases to our new room on the second night, helped us with transport to the national park etc. Clean rooms with efficient fan and comfortable beds. Free bottled water provided, with beautiful views of sunset from kitchen and terrace. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

The amazing staff personalized my whole stay with what I like to eat and which animals I want to see today. I felt very special because of their highest level customer service. The place is located in the middle of the jungle, so you can get all the animals coming to your door. I got civets, bats and broadbill birds. The food is amazing and the whole experience is great. The place just reopened so all the bedding and towels are freshly new, the same with boat and life jackets. My bed was hard, but I really liked it this way. There is internet in the restaurant/ chilling area.

The place was really huge and suitable for big family gathering.The house and surrounding was clean.The mount Kinabalu view was amazing,it is a private area and u will enjoy the privacy.Definitely will come back.

Hotel net, amb zones comunes molt agradables, personal molt amable i predisposat (ho faciliten tot molt). Està apartat del centre, fet que li aporta un entorn molt agradable. No obstant, ofereixen moltes facilitats per poder fer les activitats, inclosos 3 viatges diaris gratuïts al centre. El menjar era molt bo.
