Set in Oban, 26 km from Dunstaffnage Castle, The Kilchrenan Inn offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. We arrived late and had dinner in the pub/restaurant. The quality was way in excess of our expectations. I had a Beetroot cured smoked gravadlax with horseradish cream, cress & toasted sourdough followed by Beer battered haddock & hand cut chips with peas & tartare. The starter was one of the best I have ever had and the main course was the perfect meal for a first day in Scotland. Compliments to the chef!! Our room was spacious with every comfort. A huge comfortable bed with a nice view out the front of the building, and nice bathroom with all necessary accessories.

Ben Cruachan Inn is located in Loch Awe and features a garden and terrace. The property has a bar, as well as a restaurant serving local cuisine. Each room has a flat-screen TV with satellite... The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the view off the deck extending from the self-contained apartments was amazing.

Located just 5 miles from Oban, right on the lake shores and on Loch Etive, Lochnell Arms Hotel features a restaurant overlooking the famous Falls of Lora. Amazing staff & location on loch!! Staff went above and beyond for us! We truly appreciated their kindness, friendliness and hospitality!

It was spacious and comfortable. The staff for the hotel and bar were all so friendly and helpful. We will come back!

Situated on the shores of the Kyles of Bute, Kames Hotel boasts original Edwardian features, home-cooked food and an extensive range of malt whiskies and local ales. An absolutely amazing place! A little hidden gem right on the coastline, absolutely loved our few days there!

Located in Kilmelfort, 2.6 km from Melfort Beach, The Cuilfail Hotel provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. Absolute fantastic find. Traditional hotel with a wonderful little pub. You couldn't find better hosts anywhere and the food was gorgeous. So glad we found this place.
