"The Anchor Inn was a traditional Drovers Inn dating back to 1888. Over recent years, it has undergone tasteful modernisation and now boasts a nautical-themed bar and restaurant area with hearty food... Staff were out on their own, we felt like best friends from the moment we entered the front door. Great atmosphere, great food and amazing surroundings. Wish we could have stayed longer.

El The Cuilfail es una posada tradicional de gestión familiar construida en el siglo XIX y situada a pocos pasos de las orillas del lago Melfort. Very elegant hotel, with old-fashioned charm (in the past it was a drovers’ inn), clean, well organized. Very kind and very helpful staff, they welcomed us in the late evening. We didn't try the breakfast, but we enjoyed an excellent whiskey in the pub on the ground floor of the hotel, in a very familiar atmosphere. highly recommended
