Nous sommes absolument ravis de notre séjour au Coylet. L’équipe est accueillante, l’emplacement super, belle vue sur le loch, super coin bar avec la cheminée et l’observatoire sur les animaux, restaurant avec bonne cuisine. Nous y avons dîner 2 fois, il y a un beau choix à la carte et c’était très bon. Mention spéciale pour l’excellent petit-déjeuner. Il est possible de profiter du loch directement depuis l’hôtel avec une petite plage à cailloux (si nous étions restés plus longtemps nous aurions fait du kayak sur le loch) et il y a de belles balades à faire dans le coin (à pied et en voiture)

Everything, staff top notch and tenured. Whisky Bar one of the best in Scotland. Dinner, all items served were perfection, even down to the veg & Potato 🥔.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The breakfast menu offered a wide selection of options and was cooked to perfection with wonderful ingredients. The hotel has a list of their food suppliers on display and this food provenance is reflected in the wonderful freshly cooked dinners we enjoyed. The main courses were all large portions and very satisfying. The bar had an excellent selection of scottish gins all well worth trying. The room was very comfortable and well appointed and very clean with plenty of tea and coffee supplies. The hosts Irene and Scott are very friendly and made us very welcome.

L'auberge traditionnelle à la gestion familiale The Cuilfail Hotel a été construite au XIXe siècle. Very elegant hotel, with old-fashioned charm (in the past it was a drovers’ inn), clean, well organized. Very kind and very helpful staff, they welcomed us in the late evening. We didn't try the breakfast, but we enjoyed an excellent whiskey in the pub on the ground floor of the hotel, in a very familiar atmosphere. highly recommended
