What a fantastic place to stay! We so much enjoyed the comfortable room, spotless cleanliness, tasteful decoration and the lovely location. The food (dinners and breakfast) was fantastic, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff outstanding. Thank you so much!

The main hotel building is now under new ownership (previous owner holding onto Beach House rooms) Changes required to property description as follows: On the banks of Loch Lomond, this Traditional... It is an excellent hotel. Everything is perfect from the location to the facilities to the staff. We arrived late and the restaurant stopped taking orders as it was after 8pm but the person in charge for the evening made sure that after our delayed flight we would have a nice hearty meal. Rooms were extra comfortable as well. We are returned after 10 years and it maintained the same top notch standards.

The staff here are like none I’ve met before. immediately felt like family and felt well taken care of. The room was perfect for what I needed and was very cozy! Every part of this place, although remote, was very lively!

Let us use the space and downstairs bar as though it were an extension of our own home.

The hotel has a list of their food suppliers on display and this food provenance is reflected in the wonderful freshly cooked dinners we enjoyed. The main courses were all large portions and very satisfying. The bar had an excellent selection of scottish gins all well worth trying. The room was very comfortable and well appointed and very clean with plenty of tea and coffee supplies. The hosts Irene and Scott are very friendly and made us very welcome.

Traditsiooniline pereettevõttena tegutsev 19. sajandil ehitatud võõrastemaja Cuilfail asub lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel Loch Melforti kaldast. Very elegant hotel, with old-fashioned charm (in the past it was a drovers’ inn), clean, well organized. Very kind and very helpful staff, they welcomed us in the late evening. We didn't try the breakfast, but we enjoyed an excellent whiskey in the pub on the ground floor of the hotel, in a very familiar atmosphere. highly recommended
