The owners of the place are the nicest people in Japan. Always helpful and caring - makes you feel like home. Our stay was great, breakfast amazing, quiet at night, very comfortable and clean.

The kitchen was well equipped, the location was very convenient, the fireplace was delightful and well stocked. The owner was extremely helpful and the Christmas tree they put up was such a nice touch.

Shuichi and Chikako made out stay extra special and introduced us to this magical island. We can not wait to come back and stay with them again.

It was a kind of home that we never thought we would encounter in our travels. There's a heart to this place which represents the soul of the island in general. Can't wait to visit there again!

Lovely stay along the prettiest stretch of coast. Host is super accommodating and an excellent cook (you should definitely take him up on the dinner offer). Hostel is clean and tidy with a fun atmosphere.

I enjoyed my stay in Sunrise homestay as the place was clean and comfortable. The host was also very hospitable and generous. There were snacks and shoju on the house! I witnessed the most beautiful sunrise here. We celebrated his birthday with other roommates during my stay. Looking forward to come back here again!
