The newly renovated 4-star Hotel Baía Azul is ideally located a 4-minute walk from Funchal’s beachfront. Everything is perfect. I have stayed at this hotel second time. And I hope will be a third time.

Every thing was excellent , the staff specially Elisabeth rosa she was the kindest & very professional, the location and breakfast were very good

Set within a leafy garden, this hotel features an outdoor pool overlooking Funchal coastal cliffs. Pestana Vila Lido Madeira Ocean Hotel‘s studios are spacious and decorated with soft beige colors. Everything, I would have to say out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at, this is my favourite. The views from the rooms are spectacular and the breakfasts were delicious. You can tell that all the staff are proud to work there. Just superb!!

Located close to Funchal’s city center, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Meliã Madeira Mare offers free WiFi, an indoor and outdoor pool and a spa. Very polite, friendly staff, always greeting and smiling Clean, spacious room, with the light waiting for us Carpet on the floor, nice furniture, great bed, enough surfaces to put everything a traveler may need Warm room and excellent ventilation in the bathroom You can see the ocean while chilling on the divan Bathtub, bathrobes, quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, smelling nicely; many towels Two sinks and enough space around them, paper napkins Window in between bathroom and the bedroom (with the blinds) - just a spicy detail! Good soundproofing (we could only hear the sounds through the room door) Versatile breakfast, enough (simple) vegan options Nearly no birdman (the man/woman with the wild predator bird hanging around), only a glimpse seen (bird exploitation sucks) Enjoyable design of the hotel, live music at the bar, game room with chess tables Each guest has their own key card Recycling bin Good location Price to quality ratio is superb

Everything: everyone so helpful and kind. The hotel is very well located and the facilities are very good. Breakfast and dinner are awesome: wel worth the money.

Allegro Madeira is at the perfect location. It’s surrounded by bars, restaurants and bus stop. The sea is at walking distance as well and supermarkets are nearby too. It’s about a 20mins walk to the old town.

As part of the Vila Porto Mare resort, this hotel offers 4 restaurants, 6 bars and 5 swimming pools. Porto Mare features an extensive tropical garden on the Atlantic oceanfront. Great hotel, friendly staff and good food. Pools are are great and the gardens beautiful. Very nice experience provided.
