The newly renovated 4-star Hotel Baía Azul is ideally situated a 4-minute walk from Funchal’s beachfront. Very good location! I was able to start all of my booked tours from this hotel.

Renovated in 2018, the 4-star Hotel Alto Lido is located in Funchal’s prime area – Lido, 2.5 km from the city centre. Everything was amazing, be it service, staff, facilities, room service .... and for the price it was definitely more than worth - Definitely revisiting Plus the location is all you could ask for, super close to Funchal, Lido and Forum Madeira (everything is basically at walking distance)

As part of the Vila Porto Mare resort, this hotel offers 4 restaurants, 6 bars and 5 swimming pools. Porto Mare features an extensive tropical garden on the Atlantic oceanfront. Great hotel, friendly staff and good food. Pools are are great and the gardens beautiful. Very nice experience provided.

Situated atop a natural peninsula, The Cliff Bay provides panoramic Atlantic Ocean views and private sea access. The hotel left a wonderful impression) This is a great place to relax, we wish to come back one fine day))

Featuring panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, this luxurious hotel in Funchal offers an indoor and outdoor pool and spa. The rooms include a balcony and cable TV. Everything! We decided to extend our stay because of this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of vegan options which is very uncommon!
