The hotel is extremely generous—spacious rooms with plenty of free toiletries, tea and small snacks, a music speaker etc. The hotel also has a 'happy hour' with complimentary matcha, coffee, alcohol and Japanese sweets / rice cakes. There is also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The staff were extremely helpful with restaurant reservations, baggage forwarding services etc. We could not be happier with this hotel.
