The hotel is extremely generous—spacious rooms with plenty of free toiletries, tea and small snacks, a music speaker etc. The hotel also has a 'happy hour' with complimentary matcha, coffee, alcohol and Japanese sweets / rice cakes. There is also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The staff were extremely helpful with restaurant reservations, baggage forwarding services etc. We could not be happier with this hotel.

The location is great. The room condition is superb. I'm amazed that the room is spacious enough for me to fully open my luggage.
