Located in Kyoto, less than 1 km from Arashiama Bamboo Grove, MUNI KYOTO by Onko Chishin provides accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a garden and a terrace. The hotel is very new and you can tell from its facilities. The room itself was enormous, even for a party of 3. We were able to ask for a sofa bed to be put in place, which was already set up for us by the time we came back for dinner. The service was exceptional, with all of the staff speaking great English and one of the staff speaking enough Chinese to explain to us the hotel facilities and the nearby attractions. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Situated in Kyoto and a 15-minute drive from Nijo Castle, Rhino Hotel Kyoto features a restaurant. The nearest station is Saiin Station, a 2-minute walk from the property. staff were very nice and helpful. would gladly return.

The staff are very polite and helpful, best hotel service I've seen since I came to japan. The hotel is located in the best area where you have a view of the river from the cafe. You can go sightseeing in kyoto or to the bamboo forest with 10 mins on foot. You're also near a train station.

Sun Members Kyoto Saga er í aðeins 5 mínútna fjarlægð frá JR Saga Arashiyama-stöðinni með ókeypis skutlu. I’d say this hotel is underrated. We stayed here when we visited places around/near Arashiyama so I won’t say that the location is bad. You just have to plan your trip and map it out. Staff were great, I can speak a little japanese but they can converse well in english, too. Room was great and spacious - and the sunrise view from our balcony was beyond perfect. The building is classic and well-maintained. They have a shuttle going to Saga Arashiyama station, but I don’t mind the 10-15 mins. morning walk.
