The hotel is very new and you can tell from its facilities. The room itself was enormous, even for a party of 3. We were able to ask for a sofa bed to be put in place, which was already set up for us by the time we came back for dinner. The service was exceptional, with all of the staff speaking great English and one of the staff speaking enough Chinese to explain to us the hotel facilities and the nearby attractions. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Location was perfect as easy to get everywhere. The bicycles were great too. Rooms were comfortable and the staff very helpful!

Situated in Kyoto and a 15-minute drive from Nijo Castle, Rhino Hotel Kyoto features a restaurant. The nearest station is Saiin Station, a 2-minute walk from the property. staff were very nice and helpful. would gladly return.

Renovated in 2014, Hotel Binario Saga Arashiyama offers a restaurant, a café and a public bath. JR Sagaarashiyama Train Station and Torokko Saga Station is just a minutes’ walk away. The station is stone throw from JR station and very easy to access.

The staff are very polite and helpful, best hotel service I've seen since I came to japan. The hotel is located in the best area where you have a view of the river from the cafe. You can go sightseeing in kyoto or to the bamboo forest with 10 mins on foot. You're also near a train station.

Limang minuto lang ang layo mula sa JR Saga Arashiyama Station na may libreng shuttle, nag-aalok ang Sun Members Kyoto Saga ng mga Western room, libreng WiFi sa lahat ng guest room at lobby, at... I’d say this hotel is underrated. We stayed here when we visited places around/near Arashiyama so I won’t say that the location is bad. You just have to plan your trip and map it out. Staff were great, I can speak a little japanese but they can converse well in english, too. Room was great and spacious - and the sunrise view from our balcony was beyond perfect. The building is classic and well-maintained. They have a shuttle going to Saga Arashiyama station, but I don’t mind the 10-15 mins. morning walk.

4 km from Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, Guesthouse Kyoto Arashiyama is located in Kyoto and provides free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. Owner was very kind and responsive to messages. He also provided welcome snacks and departure gifts. The place was clean and beautiful, with a fully equipped kitchen. We loved everything about the stay.
