El Nagi Kyoto Arashiyama ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y está situado en el distrito de Ukyo, en Kioto, a 1,2 km del bosque de bambú de Arashiyama. El personal es muy amable y atento. Se pusieron en contacto con el hotel donde queríamos mandar las maletas y al día siguiente ya tenían todo listo para coger nuestras maletas y enviarlas al siguiente hotel. La habitación era muy grande, comoda y muy limpia. Está muy cerca del bosque de bambú, nosotros fuimos andando y no tardamos más de 20 minutos.

Large room with cool amenities. Just behind JR arashiyama station. Walking distance to bamboo forest, arabica and the bridge. Nice stay here

I’d say this hotel is underrated. We stayed here when we visited places around/near Arashiyama so I won’t say that the location is bad. You just have to plan your trip and map it out. Staff were great, I can speak a little japanese but they can converse well in english, too. Room was great and spacious - and the sunrise view from our balcony was beyond perfect. The building is classic and well-maintained. They have a shuttle going to Saga Arashiyama station, but I don’t mind the 10-15 mins. morning walk.

The host is really nice and accomodating! We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is peaceful and quiet, and just a short busride away from many interesting temples and attractions of west Kyoto.
