The hotel was near to main station of Florence. The people were kind and they were considering that what you need. The breakfast was enough and diversity. Also the service and room’s design were perfect.

Everything was top notch. The receptionist (hello Mr. C) was the best I have ever dealt with - gave us all the information and tips. Breakfast was very good, there were two more things included - tea + cake and snack + beverages, all very good. Seriously, it was one of the best experiences with hotels ever. The location was also very good, everything on hand.

Only 300 metres from Santa Maria Novella Station in central Florence, Hotel Bencidormi offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with self-adjusting air conditioning. Free luggage storage facilities are available. Roberto was a great host. I was able to deposit my luggage at the reception. Roberto also gave me valuable sightseeing tips. My room was spotless. Lovely bedding and a comfortable bed. I cannot understand why this accomodation only has one star. It is perfect. I will definitely return. Thank you Roberto for the wonderful stay.

Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel is housed in the Renaissance Palazzo Gaddi, dating back to 1596 and boasting traditional Florentine Baroque halls. Superb location, short walk to everything. Rooftop is amazing for sunset drinks with a view of all of Florence. Bed so comfortable ! Great AC. Free glass of sparkling water when we arrived at check in in 33 degrees C heat was a nice touch.

The Ariele is located in Florence’s Porta al Prato area, a 15-minute walk from both Ponte Vecchio and Santa Maria Novella Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and staff are available 24 hours a day. Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the location couldn't have been better. Highly recommend
