I’d give them 11/10 for their service. When reception found out we were heading out for a tour before breakfast was ready they packed us a bag of goodies to have in lieu of breakfast. They also upgraded us up to fit two single beds in the room. As I requested for two single beds.

The room was very nice and well-equipped with all the essentials to make the stay comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a handwritten welcome card, which added such a personal and thoughtful touch. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of delicious options to start the day right. The staff member who assisted me during check-in (though I’m not sure of his name) was friendly and helpful. Additionally, during checkout, Christian was extremely professional and made the process smooth.

Hotel Ariele is gevestigd in Porta al Prato in Florence, op 15 minuten wandelen van de Ponte Vecchio en het treinstation Santa Maria Novella. The hotel was beautiful and fresh and clean. Beds were very comfortable and everything in the bathroom was perfection. The hotel was a little outside the center of the city, but that meant is was in a quieter neighborhood and we all slept well. The breakfast was fantastic! We were able to fill up and go all day until dinner time. The reception desk staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I really cannot find any fault whatsoever with this hotel!
