The hotel has been recently refurbished and it is very comfortable and modern. Breakfast is delicious (I strongly recommend the croissants). The location is perfect because it is close to the train station and to the Duomo without the rumour and the great number of people passing by all the time. The staff is amazing and really friendly. Definitely, I'll return!

The staff were absolutely lovely and helped me with any questions I had, even accommodated for early check in. Thank you for a lovely stay. This will be my first choice when I visit Florence again!

It was perfect from the room to the location, there is a cafe in the hotel and a rooftop with a pool everything exceeded my expectation there is no other place I'd like to stay in Florence than the TSH and I am not a student ! So it really felt it was for everyone.

My stay at this hotel in Florence was an absolute delight! The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The modern and comfortable room with its luxurious bath was a true haven after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was impressive, and I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay. The combination of the exceptional reception staff and the wonderful room made our trip to Florence truly memorable. Grazie mille.
