Everything you needed, cleaned daily, super central and very friendly staff with easy instructions. Especially if you were checking in or out of office hours.

The Hotel is situated in the historic centre of town a few steps away from the conference hall, exhibition grounds(Fortezza da Basso) and train station. The room was spacious and clean and Giovanni was a brilliant host. He kept in contact with me via whatsapp and was really helpful when I had any requests. I was impressed with the room and would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Florence. We will be back!

Hotel Rapallo is in Florence, a 5-minute walk from the Fortezza da Basso Exhibition Centre and 900 metres from Santa Maria Novella Station. Florence Cathedral is 1 km away. The staff was extremely accommodating. They left nothing to chance in ensuring that my family’s comfort was an absolute maximum. I really liked that the hotel had a home-like feel. The staff remembered our entire breakfast preferences offhand immediately and were able to see to any of our needs. The location is away from the bustle but very close to all the sights and also has some very nice restaurants nearby.

The landlady is very kind and gentle, and everything was perfect. During check-in and checkout, Ale and her staff not only helped us carry our luggage to the hotel, but also explained all the nearby attractions when handing over the keys, including restaurants, gelato shops, markets, and local spots, all of which were well worth visiting. Moreover, the hotel has a common area for guests to enjoy tea, snacks, and chat. Even if you send a WhatsApp message to the landlady late at night, she will reply immediately. Everything exceeded our expectations. It’s my favorite accommodation in Italy.

Hotel Desirèe is located in the centre of Florence, just 100 metres from Santa Maria Novella Station and a 1-minute walk from Palazzo dei Congressi. The room was pleasant and the staff was very kind.

Set in a 19th-century building, Hotel Cosmos is in the heart of Florence, 300 metres from the Fortezza da Basso convention centre and 1 km from Florence Cathedral. Clean and nice rooms, good breakfast, good location, very good service.

Hotell Donatello asub vaikses elamurajoonis, Firenze Santa Maria Novella raudteejaamast 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Tubades on konditsioneer ja televiisor. The location is great, close to the train station and Center market. Clean and comfortable for 5 days' stay. More importantly, the staff are very nice, patient and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The Market Urban Hotel is ideally located 200 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and 450 metres from the Fortezza Da Basso Exhibition Centre. Florence Cathedral is a 10-minute stroll away. Giovanni at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small (but it’s this way for most big cities) but clean and new. The hotel is near to the central market and a nice stroll to the duomo also near from train station so relatively easy to walk.
