Loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

When reception found out we were heading out for a tour before breakfast was ready they packed us a bag of goodies to have in lieu of breakfast. They also upgraded us up to fit two single beds in the room. As I requested for two single beds.

Only 300 metres from Santa Maria Novella Station in central Florence, Hotel Bencidormi offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with self-adjusting air conditioning. Free luggage storage facilities are available. Very helpful caretaker. Excellent location (most of the touristy attractions are at a walkable distance) The room was small but very beautifully decorated, The bathroom was clean. Restaurants and super markets are in the vicinity of this hotel.

Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel is housed in the Renaissance Palazzo Gaddi, dating back to 1596 and boasting traditional Florentine Baroque halls. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Christmas decorations were fantastic.

The Ariele is located in Florence’s Porta al Prato area, a 15-minute walk from both Ponte Vecchio and Santa Maria Novella Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and staff are available 24 hours a day. The hotel is as comfortable as being at home. The hotel is well designed with the shower room floor at the same level as the bedroom. There is a large walk in shower and a bidet. The colours are restful. The curtains are long and block out enough light. The risers on the stairs are quite low so that walking up or down the staircase is easy if you don't want to use the lift. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very varied and plentiful. The prunes were simply delicious, unlike most.

Hotel covers every basic need of a leisure traveler who is not too fussy about everything and theocatiok is amazing, right in the centre of things and short walking distance from the central railway station.
