Only 300 metres from Santa Maria Novella Station in central Florence, Hotel Bencidormi offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with self-adjusting air conditioning. Free luggage storage facilities are available. Roberto was a great host. I was able to deposit my luggage at the reception. Roberto also gave me valuable sightseeing tips. My room was spotless. Lovely bedding and a comfortable bed. I cannot understand why this accomodation only has one star. It is perfect. I will definitely return. Thank you Roberto for the wonderful stay.

Rooftop is amazing for sunset drinks with a view of all of Florence. Bed so comfortable ! Great AC. Free glass of sparkling water when we arrived at check in in 33 degrees C heat was a nice touch.
