I’d give them 11/10 for their service. When reception found out we were heading out for a tour before breakfast was ready they packed us a bag of goodies to have in lieu of breakfast. They also upgraded us up to fit two single beds in the room. As I requested for two single beds.

Very comfortable, well-decorated boutique hotel. The staff were super! All were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - good choice of everything. Room was clean with modern furnishing all in accord with the overall tasteful hotel decor. Spa was a welcome treat after a long day walking around beautiful Florence. Well situated at about a 20 minute walk from the centre

The Ariele is located in Florence’s Porta al Prato area, a 15-minute walk from both Ponte Vecchio and Santa Maria Novella Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and staff are available 24 hours a day. The hotel was beautiful and fresh and clean. Beds were very comfortable and everything in the bathroom was perfection. The hotel was a little outside the center of the city, but that meant is was in a quieter neighborhood and we all slept well. The breakfast was fantastic! We were able to fill up and go all day until dinner time. The reception desk staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I really cannot find any fault whatsoever with this hotel!

The panoramic terrace on the top floor of Hotel Kraft is equipped with a roof garden, a restaurant, and a swimming pool which is heated during the winter. the breakfast was amazing and the roof top is incredible

The Michelangelo Florence is near the Stazione Leopolda congress centre and 10 minutes' walk from both Santa Maria Novella Train Station and Florence's opera theatre. Our room was very nice. Comfortable bed, and the robes were a really nice touch. We thought the breakfast was nice, with a lot of different choices.

He was responsive on WhatsApp and we were able to communicate before and during the stay. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Having Venchi chocolates and mineral water in the room was a nice touch... first time for any place that I had stayed in Italy! The room had enough space to open a 28" and 24" luggage, and the shower was hot enough.
