The hotel was immaculate and the staff was truly professional. Top notch. The room size was excellent and all updated. We took advantage of the spa and was nice to try a European spa. It was a different experience for us but it was well done and relaxing. Breakfast was amazing and had good gluten free options.

The panoramic terrace on the top floor of Hotel Kraft is equipped with a roof garden, a restaurant, and a swimming pool which is heated during the winter. The heated roof top pool was the highlight for me. And the excellent breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was excellent. The staff were polite and friendly, smiling always.

I line everything about the property .it is a lovely hotel .The breakfast was varied and fresh and the staff were all lovely .

Arno Boutique is ideally set in the centre of Florence, and features a shared lounge and free WiFi. It was clean. Managers were kind and helpful. We loved our experience with Arno, we would stay here again!

Set in Florence, 1 km from Santa Maria Novella, GOGO' Boutique Hotel offers a bar and a shared lounge. Very clean and comfortable. The internet, which is ESSENTIAL to me and my work, was excellent. The location near the US Consulate was quiet and easy to find. The codes to get in the main door and the hotel itself were convenient. I would stay here again.
