This was a perfect place to stay for our first night in Florence, it was a quick taxi ride from the airport, and a super comfortable room. We were helped with securing a dinner reservation at a good restaurant on a busy holiday weekend night and had a wonderful meal. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. We had a view of the Arno river which was fabulous. All the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.

Boasting a shared lounge, The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa is set in Florence, a 10-minute walk from Fortezza da Basso and 800 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. They gave clear directions to get to hotel. The one interior was so refreshing 😊. The spa was top notch. Friendly staff.

The Ariele is located in Florence’s Porta al Prato area, a 15-minute walk from both Ponte Vecchio and Santa Maria Novella Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and staff are available 24 hours a day. The hotel was beautiful and fresh and clean. Beds were very comfortable and everything in the bathroom was perfection. The hotel was a little outside the center of the city, but that meant is was in a quieter neighborhood and we all slept well. The breakfast was fantastic! We were able to fill up and go all day until dinner time. The reception desk staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I really cannot find any fault whatsoever with this hotel!

The panoramic terrace on the top floor of Hotel Kraft is equipped with a roof garden, a restaurant, and a swimming pool which is heated during the winter. All the amenities and the staff were everything we dreamed our Florence stay would be. It was so easy to ask the front for a taxi as well

The Michelangelo Florence is near the Stazione Leopolda congress centre and 10 minutes' walk from both Santa Maria Novella Train Station and Florence's opera theatre. Very friendly staff. Gave good pointers how to easily get around and major points of interest.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was cozy and comfy and always clean. The hotel is located in a clam area yet close to everything. The breafast was tasteful and full of options.

The guys that ran it were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Nice extra touches such as slippers and coffee in the room. The location was about 20 walk from the centre of the city which we were aware of when booking so no complaints. Very good value for money.

Set in Florence, 1 km from Santa Maria Novella, GOGO' Boutique Hotel offers a bar and a shared lounge. Right beside the Arno and just a short 10 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. The staff is just amazing, they were helpful and really friendly, the rooms are also quite spacious and the beds are comfortable.
