Aside from the amazing location I want to give a special shout out to the staff. I lived at this hotel for a whole month and they were nothing but kind and warm. I also want to thank especially Elizabetta at reception who warned me about the taxi strike in Florence and arranged for another accommodation for me so I could make my flight the next day. If it wasnt for her help and quick thinking I would have not made my flight back home. Thanks so much to the entire staff for being amazing and I definitely would love to come back!

Palazzo Guadagni Hotel terletak di sebuah bangunan abad ke-16 dalam medan yang senyap, 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Ponte Vecchio. Ia mempunyai taman atas bumbung dengan pemandangan yang indah. Centrally located, no doubt about that, and the market on the squares was full of time. The view is good and the room is just what we need, we are two adults with two young children. We love the antique style. The stuff are helpful with valet parking, and provide to us detailed information about the hotel and the area. Breakfast is also nice. We did not hear much noises even though there are bars opened to late mid-night.

This was our best accommodation ever. Firstly we were greeted by our nice host, who was kind enough to give us recommendations for sights to visit, places to eat etc. The room itself was spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds, enough space for 3 people, nice heated room and bathroom. Every day we received free water and biscuits. It was at a short walking distance from most important sights. We would definitely stay here again. We read many negative comments regarding the steep and narrow stairs, but in our opinion it was actually part of the charm of the place, and also there was a small elevator.
