Roberta was incredibly helpful in booking a taxi early morning for us - thank you very much. Plentiful breakfast laid out in the main room with fireplace, art and a piano.

Ideally set in the center of Florence, Palazzo Ridolfi - Residenza d'Epoca has free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. The room was huge and nicely furnished. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The palazzo was just near the Arno, close to the city enter and there were lots of excellent restaurants and bars in the vicinity.

In a prime location in the center of Florence, Palazzo Bianca Cappello Residenza d'Epoca is within a 3-minute walk of Pitti Palace and 700 yards of Strozzi Palace. Loved the room and also the staff was very helpful, advising us where to go go, where to eat local and traditional. Everyday there was room cleaning which made you feel that you are on holidays.

Everything about the Room especially the size, The hotel service is the absolute best. The hotel location is great. Quiet and in a great city location. The room location within the hotel was great. The breakfast is very good.
