This was my first time visiting Florence, the experience with the hotel made me fall in love with Florence even more. The staffs were all so friendly, kind, and professional. They recommended where to go, where to eat, and where to visit. They welcomed me everyday with the warmest smiles.

Incredible location -- Uffizi museum and Ponte Vecchio are by the front door. Breakfast was outstanding with a large choice and a beautiful table looking over the Arno at sunrise. We were surprised by the size of our room. It was incredibly spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Oh, they even gave us t-shirts as a welcome gift. An incredible stay in Florence!

My favorite of all the museums.
My favorite of all the museums. The building from the outside is not appealing, but once inside the Palace I was lost in the beauty of the rooms and the displayed art and artifacts. There is a lot here and you could spend 2 days if you want to see all the museums and the beautiful gardens. Buy the multi-day pass here that covers multiple museums including the Uffizi.

You can easily spend a whole day here in the palace and gardens, (I spent 6 hours) if you enjoy art, so allow plenty of time. Also, only one place to buy food inside, so taking something to eat in the gardens with you is a good idea

Wow such an amazing place to visit, probably better in the cooler climate to visit the vast and incredible gardens. You can easily spend the whole day here visiting the palace and the gardens. Go early in the morning or even the day before to book your ticket.

Location was wonderful, easy walk across the river into the city but some wonderful things to do in Oltrarno as well, steps away from the Pitti Palace. Perfect, small apartment with a bedroom, living room / bedroom and kitchen and a small bathroom. Hosts were responsive and kind. Toasty, warm, cozy apartment with lovely view over the neighborhood. Everything we could have wanted as a family of 3 on a combination work / vacation.

Our stay at Carolina's apartment was everything we hoped for. I was feeling anxious before, because this was our first trip together as a family and also my father's first time abroad. But we can all say this was a perfect choice for us. It can be seen in the pictures that the apartment is spacious, but it felt even bigger in reality and cozy at the same time. Carolina was helpful and the communication with her was easy and pleasant. We left a piece of our heart in this gem right beside the Pitti Palace.
We really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of Andrew and Paola during our stay. Andrew even offered to take our notebook to a nearby shop to try and find the right charging cable. The location was great, right across from the Pitti Palace, in a quieter area, but still within comfortable walking distance of the main attractions. Everything was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
The location was amazing – directly across from Pitti Palace. What’s the room was very quiet. Concierge was available and responsive. We had coffee and hot pot.
