Location is prime. Public areas lovely. Breakfast amazing, rooms lots of lovely amenities even though an upcharge.

The breakfast was really good each morning. The fresh croissants were the daily bonus. The staff was very attentive to take care of all our needs. Each afternoon there was tea and snacks. Then every evening they had Happy Hour with drinks and snacks. The staff was also very helpful with getting our bags up to the main level of the Hotel.

A fantastic way to spend the day!!
A fantastic way to spend the day!! I felt like a queen bee in garden of delights!! Statues, fountains, plenty of areas to sit and relax in the beauty!! Wow! Don't miss this!! Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring an umbrella to stay out of the sun.

EUR 10 to get in. The park is not maintained (other then cutting the grass). Fountains did not work, water in the ponds is murky and there were even dead birds in the water. 2 out of 3 entrances closed. Very disappointing.

The location is superb, set across from the Boboli gardens and across the entry of the Boboli gate. The surrounding neighborhood is fantastic full of excellent, traditional, less touristic restaurants. The Hotel rooms have a very spare charm about them. Reminds me of travel last time I was in Florence, 34 years ago.
The room was spacious, and the decor was beautiful! Our host, Carlotta, was so friendly and kind and made our trip so enjoyable. The location as well was ideal for getting around. Very close to the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens if you haven’t seen before; I highly recommend . They were extraordinary!!
Location was fantastic - minutes to all major attractions. Literally steps away from Boboli Gardens. A ton of restaurants within minutes of walking. Clean, well-supplied; host was very welcoming and provided excellent communications.
