A fantastic way to spend the day!!
A fantastic way to spend the day!! I felt like a queen bee in garden of delights!! Statues, fountains, plenty of areas to sit and relax in the beauty!! Wow! Don't miss this!! Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring an umbrella to stay out of the sun.

EUR 10 to get in. The park is not maintained (other then cutting the grass). Fountains did not work, water in the ponds is murky and there were even dead birds in the water. 2 out of 3 entrances closed. Very disappointing.

The location was fantastic, located nearby the pitti palace and boboli gardens, as well as a laundromat and photo booth on that street. The staff were very friendly, the shared kitchen was helpful for keeping a few things, and people were generally friendly, rooms were organised and bathrooms were spacious enough. Doors lock automatically so you don’t have to worry about the safety issue there, and each bed has its own key.
Excellent location, great host. He recommended restaurants and the market which were just what we wanted. We took his advice and visited the Boboli gardens which were lovely even on a damp day and gave a sense of perspective over this wonderful but intense city. We had a comfortable bed and good quality bedding. The bed was tidied for us daily.The little courtyard at the hotel is pretty and it was very quiet. Unlimited tea coffee or water was nice.
It was a great location to visit all the important sites. In the centre of the city close to Uffizi, iron, Boboli gardens etc. Good facilities in room with cooking rings, microwave, ac. Secure property
The property is a characterful first floor flat at the end of a lane off the main road to Porta Roma. It was very quiet. 15/20 minute walk to the river but close to Boboli gardens
