Offering views of River Arno and Ponte Vecchio, the 4-star Hotel Berchielli is centrally located in Florence, on the riverfront. It serves a varied breakfast buffet including many local products.

The hotel has an old fashioned charm. Situated on the Arno river. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean as is everywhere in the hotel. We were upgraded to a nice duplex room with 2 bathrooms. If you want a view of the river you need to book a room with a view.
This former Augustine convent of the 13th century is set beside the Uffizi Gallery, facing Florence's Ponte Vecchio. The roof garden with bar offers views of the Cathedral.

The hotel is very well located really downtown. The breakfast is great and everything is there, the rooms are spacious and the beds are fine and well. The team is really great and helpful. I have forgotten my phone in the taxi and they did each and everything to support me to get it back. A very helpful and great team

Breakfast was good. We also appreciated the afternoon tea/coffee and drink in the evening.

EUR 10 to get in.
EUR 10 to get in. The park is not maintained (other then cutting the grass). Fountains did not work, water in the ponds is murky and there were even dead birds in the water. 2 out of 3 entrances closed. Very disappointing.
Hotel Annalena is a charming historic stay in Florence, set in a 15th-century building with a fascinating past. Once home to noble families and later a refuge for revolutionaries, it exudes old-world charm. Located near the Boboli Gardens, it offers beautifully decorated rooms with antique furniture, modern amenities, and a cozy, authentic atmosphere. The friendly staff adds to the experience.
Quiet location, across from Boboli gardens & near easy parking, in a huge beautiful old palazzo. Giant stone staircase, friendly, efficient staff, lovely big breakfast room which is also the foyer, with statues, plants and art. The bathtub was an extra bonus. If I could find a fault, it would’ve been nice to have water in the fridge.
I had breakfast, but it wasn’t very good. There wasn’t much variety, and it was just okay overall. Not bad, but could be improved.
The location is perfect—everything is accessible by walking. The train station is about 20-25 minutes on foot, and major attractions like Boboli Gardens, the Duomo, and Piazza della Repubblica are just 10-15 minutes away. Very convenient for exploring Florence!
We’ve just spent two amazing nights at this fabulous hotel in Piazza Santo Spirito. The rooms are spacious and full of character. You can sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink on the rooftop terrace. The hotel is located in the Santo Spirito neighbourhood, a short stroll to Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, and Boboli Gardens.
The apartment was absolutely lovely, spacious and clean. It was in a good location that overlooked the Boboli gardens, and was an easy walk, bus trip or rental e-scooter/e-bike journey away from Florence city centre. The area itself seemed lively but the apartment was quiet and relaxing. There were laundry facilities, and a good amount of plug sockets, as well as decent WiFi. It was easy to get to from the train station.
