Highly recommend staying at the Market Urban Hotel. It’s a block away from the train station and close to everything. The front desk manager was fantastic! He gave us great restaurant recommendations and walked to one of the spots to make reservations for us. Beds very comfortable, excellent breakfast. and quiet rooms. We would stay here again.

This church is much more interesting than the Duomo (although the outside of the Duomo is impossible to beat!). It is a very large church and has extensive grounds and tombs. Although we had been to Florence a number of times, we had never been inside because every time we were in that area, the church was closed.

This is a beautiful apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has clearly recently been renovated and is really well done. Only negative is it a ten minute walk to Santa Maria Novella and about 20-25 to the main sites. We took Ubers home at night, they were expensive but worth it. Really a beautiful apartment just wish it was about 7 minutes closer to the train station and the church.
Our room was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and quite spacious, with a window overlooking the piazza. The location is very good, on the Piazza Santa Maria Novella, less than 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio, and only 5 minutes walk to the train station. The neighborhood seemed very safe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and spoke fairly good English. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and drinks.
I liked the Location 10 minutes walking from the Santa Maria Novella Station and about 20 minutes from the hotel to the Duomo. The room was good and comfortable bed. Great breakfast.
The location is excellent, the Stazione Ferroviaria Santa Maria Novella is 4 minutes away as well as other connections with the tram, buses and you can go to the main tourist attractions by walk very easy.

Location was great, quick 8-10 min walk to Mercato Centrale, few minutes to Piazza Santa Maria Novella, grocery store in the corner, great place to each just one block away and washing place about a block and a half. The room was spacious for two people and the bed was comfortable. There is also an elevator, small but it gets the job done!
Great location, conveniently close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella, making it not only easy to arrive with luggage but also to travel to other cities easily. The host including Yari was very friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. After the check in, Yari showed us all the important attractions in Florence on a map and also recommended good restaurants. In the room there were plenty of snacks and in the kitchen, so all in all everything was great. 😍
