Homam and his brother were friendly and helpful. He was responsive on WhatsApp and we were able to communicate before and during the stay. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Having Venchi chocolates and mineral water in the room was a nice touch... first time for any place that I had stayed in Italy! The room had enough space to open a 28" and 24" luggage, and the shower was hot enough.
