The hotel is magnificent and the building is very charming. The decor is great too, with everything well chosen: from the corridors to the rooms and the lobby. We didn't have time to enjoy breakfast, but when we checked out we were kindly offered coffee and pastries, which were excellent. The room was very clean, a perfect size, and so was the staff. I would highly recommend this choice of hotel to my friends and family.

Renovated in 2024, Room Mate Isabella is an elegant 19th-century building on Florence's designer shopping street, 5 minutes' walk from the Uffizi Gallery and the Cathedral. Location was great and the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Couldn't beat what you got for the price. Staff was also very friendly and cared about how you enjoyed the stay.

Set in a 19th-Century historical palazzo in the centre of Florence, Helvetia&Bristol Firenze – Starhotels Collezione is 5 minutes’ walk from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. It’s right in the centre, everything was really close. Staff we’re amazing and helpful, they showed us a map of the city and recommended places we could visit. Staff in restaurant we’re also nice every time I sit in the reception someone comes and ask if want to eat or drink something.
