Rooms are absolutely gorgeous. I love the center door knobs. This was our best hotel stay in italy (we stayed in 4 different ones). Unfortunately i caught the intestinal flu while we were in florence and it was horrible, i had to stay at the hotel basically the entire time. So I was grateful that at least the room was lovely. The staff were so helpful when we got there, showed us around the room and explained pretty much everything. They gave us a bunch of free waters as well. I had a good view of the duomo from my bed that i admired (in between puke sessions + it was the only thing to look at)

This former Augustine convent of the 13th century is set beside the Uffizi Gallery, facing Florence's Ponte Vecchio. The roof garden with bar offers views of the Cathedral. The ambience and location. The friendliness of the staff made me feel good, after a long and tiring journey. The staff were also very helpful and understanding. The room was small, but it had all the facilities, and gad free still and sparkling water. A big plus! The view of the dumo from the hotel was fantastic!

Hotel Balestri faces the Arno River in Florence city centre. Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery are 400 metres away. It features a roof terrace with lovely city views. It was a very nice hotel The staff was very kind and helpful

I have visited this property now 3 times and each time it was lovely. The location, scenery, wine bar, accommodations and service are exceptional.

Everything was perfect! We loved the location, the cleanliness and the breakfast!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Florence! This wonderful hotel made our vacation time even better!!

Beautiful hotel, great location, nice rooms, and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast and atmosphere were very relaxing and elegant. Definitely deserving of its 5 stars.
